Quinto Elemento (meaning Five Elements) is a restaurant in the tourist town of Viareggio in the mass tourism area of Versilia on the northern Tuscany coast.

In the area there are hundreds of competing restaurants ranging from gourmet, high-level, low-level, family, pizzeria, wine-bar etc.

Quinto Elemento has differentiated itself from the competition with a high quality wine service using the Enomatic Wine Serving System.

Three enosystem 8 bottle modules are finished with our satin stainless steel covers and customers serve themselves using our Wine Card System to 50ml pours of high quality premium French and Italian wines.

The restaurant has developed a food and wine menu enabling customers to match each course of their meal with a wine that complements the food.

The 'cumulative' restaurant type Wine Cards are used which operate in conjunction with the enotec software to monitor the wine service and inventory. Customers pay for their wine with their meal account
