Cà dé Bezzi restaurant offers a selection of premium wines from its Enomatic Wine Serving System that is installed within the dining area.
The installation has of 3 enosystem modules for 24 red wines served at room temperature and 1 enoline refrigerated model for white wines.
Customers can select from a taste portion, half glass or full glass of wine. This enables customers to taste several wines before selecting a wine to have with each course of their meal. Each customer can have a different glass of wine that suits their personal taste - rather than share a bottle.
The sommelier and waiters use Enomatic's branded Wine Cards which are inserted into a single card reader installed in the refrigerated enoline model. When each waiters unique Wine Card is inserted they can access the wine from the entire system -including the enosystem modules. The computers inside the system monitor which wine each waiter is serving.
